The DQM Series Gear Motor For Hoist Lifting is used in fully intelligent control-operated crane systems.
1. The hoisting mechanism consists of a reinforced aluminum alloy housing, motor, integrated thermal protection device and brake.
2. The gearbox housing is made of low-pressure cast reinforced aluminum alloy to ensure aluminum strength without deformation and light weight.
3. The splined output shaft (European standard) and hardened helical gears are made of high quality 20CrMnTi gear steel.
4. Carburizing treatment ensures the surface strength of the gears' hardened teeth.
5. The gears are then precision ground by CNC to ensure that the hardness and accuracy meet the technical requirements.
6. Totally enclosed combination hoist drives have a mechanical transmission efficiency of up to 98% and an operating noise of less than 60 dB (A), making them suitable for outdoor working environments.
7. The low-noise motor housing is a hot-drawn aluminum alloy with a heat dissipation and sound absorption system.
8. Euro rotor slant slot stator precision wound with copper wires, deeply dipped in lacquer.
9. Insulation classes F and H, protection class IP55, operating system S1 operation for outdoor working environments from +80 ºC to -25 ºC, not suitable for direct corrosive objects.
10. Variable frequency up to 110 Hz, starting frequency 1 Hz.
